On nous pose souvent la question: «Mais est-ce fait sur place tout cela?»

...well, absolutely! You see the purple flower to your right? We grow it in our gardens. We create our sauces, our vinaigrettes, our mayonnaise, our pasta...you get the concept! We work hard to serve fresh, locally sourced produce that is as is a little transformed as possible before reaching your plate. We also collaborate and work with businesses that share these values. 

Cooking is for us a family tradition and this is what we try to share with you in each of our plates. Each plate is served with care. Sharing this mutual love and art of cooking and creating, both French and Quebecois roots, we have conceived a seasonal menu with our chef Denis Jeannot that is unpretentious and offers the comforts of a homemade meal. 

La relève… Chef Yann Ternois a repris le flambeau s’intégrant à notre équipe à distance en 2022 et de façon permanente en mars 2023. 

Le menu de saison et les plats du jours pour l’hiver 2023-24 sont conçus par  Yann tout en gardant nos classiques et apportants sa couleur et ses racines de Nantes.
